The quote was great value (I had quotes from about six different companies) and this was by far and away the best value for money. Communication was great via phone, text and email and I felt able to contact Dirk about everything I was unsure of and received a prompt reply at all times. Both my husband and I were not present during the bulk of the work but didn't have any problem leaving a key with them, so they could come and go as needed. Their work exceeded my expectations.
