What Our Customers Say

Dirk from Aquarius Plumbing was fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly prompt, arrived when he said he would, and was very professional and well presented. His workmanship was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It's hard to find tradespeople who are this reliable and take such pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dirk and Aquarius Plumbing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality plumber. Thanks again for the great service!

We were grateful to have Dirk Ross of Aquarius Plumbing assist us with a messy garage roof repair job that took a dedicated team of four to fix. Highly recommend him for his responsiveness, efficiency and outstanding work. He stuck to the estimate he outlined and absolutely delivered, many thanks

I've used Dirk's services on multiple occasions. He was excellent with his communication, and actually showed up, and promptly! Trades just do not show up usually! He did a great job with fit offs and maintenance work when we needed it. I even recommended him to friends who have used him and had the same experience. So long as he's available, he's my plumber.

I don't usually leave Google reviews unless it is deserved. If you need a certified plumber in Melbourne's south-east, contact Dirk Ross. He was quick to respond, turned up on time, and was easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that made sense and gave honest advice without trying to upsell anything. I called him out to look into our low water pressure. He took the time to investigate the issue properly and walked me through a few different options to fix it. He will definitely be our go to for future plumbing jobs

Wonderful business to work with. Reliable, efficient, strong communication and an excellent job from start to finish. His pricing is fair. I highly recommend Dirk’s work.
